Terms of use

Last updated 15 October 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and La Brasa. We kept them short and plain.

Who we are

La Brasa is made by João Correia, an independent developer in Portugal. Contact: support@labrasa.io.

Who can use La Brasa

You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Keep your sign-in email to yourself: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Using it well

La Brasa Plus

Paying on labrasa.io

In the version of La Brasa from this site, you pay for Plus through Patreon (Settings → La Brasa Plus → Join on Patreon). Patreon bills you and renews your subscription each period, under Patreon's own terms. To cancel, cancel on Patreon: you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. If you ask within 14 days of a payment, we refund it in full: write to support@labrasa.io. A refunded payment ends Plus. One subscription covers you and your partner, and if you unlink, Plus stays with the person who pays.

Uncut

The version of La Brasa from this site has an optional setting, Uncut, with more explicit wording. It's off unless you turn it on, and some of it needs both partners to turn it on.

Our part

We work to keep La Brasa running, private and safe, but it's provided as it is, and we can't promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete my data). Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: if you pay for Plus, cancel it first where you pay (Google Play or Patreon). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.

Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protections of the law where you live, and you can bring a claim there.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
